SCLH Needle Arts Retreat
April 20-23rd
Location:
Mercy Retreat Center, Auburn CA.
This is not a religious retreat. It is SCLH Needle Arts members and guests taking time away in a beautiful retreat setting to work on projects together.
Cost: $465
Includes: 3 nights single sleeping room, 9 meals, workroom space, cookies, staff gratuity, lots of laughs, camaraderie, fun…
Not limited to just quilters. Feel free to work on any needle arts or craft projects you wish!
We are just making a list of interested participants, no deposit needed at this time.

BAG DAY
Ben Franklin has a program the last Wednesday of every month called “Bag Day.” On “Bag Day”, you get 20% off the regular price of any item. Typically, this is the white sticker price of an item. Sale, or red stickered items are already discounted, so they are not included in the 20% off for that day. However, if they are on sale for less than 20% off, they would be discounted to 20% off. You buy the canvas bag for $4.99 and then can use it for your “Bag Day” discount every month on the last Wednesday of the month. It does not matter what size the item is, or whether it fits in your bag, only that you have your bag with you to be eligible for the discount. There are 3 categories which are excluded from the “Bag Day” discount, and they are custom framing purchases, class registration fees, and the purchase of a gift card.
Pat Barnhill is encouraging NA members to carpool to this event. Drivers are needed and those who are passengers are encouraged to compensate the driver with $5.
