Reports:
- Treasurer Sue Beresh reported a balance of $8700. She announced that The Lincoln Hills Foundation awarded Needle Arts with a grant of $1000. The is the first time a grant has been given to a service club.
- Community Service donated 525 quilts to charitable organizations.
- NA Board: The Outgoing 2024 Needle Arts Board members were asked to stand. They were thanked with applause for their time and service.
- The Incoming 2025 NA Board members were asked to come forward to be introduced. A photo was taken of the group.
- The January 14, 2025, General Meeting will be held at Kilaga Springs Presentation Hall as usual.
- A club member or small committee is needed to volunteer to head the Spring Luncheon on May 13, 2025.

The minutes of the October 8th general meeting were approved. The 2025 NA Executive Board was elected unanimously and is as follows:

ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Membership renewals are due ($25).
- Tickets for the drawing may be purchased after this meeting or at the luncheon.
- Luncheon registration deadline is December 1st.
- Help make gnome decorations for the luncheon! Meet at the Sewing Room on 11/13 at 9:00.
- Please note: the January 14, 2025, General Meeting will be in the Fine Arts Room at Orchard Creek.

REPORTS
- Membership, Debby Bainbridge - Needle Arts now has 203 members.
- Treasurer, Sue Beresh - The ending balance is $9133.34, which includes holiday luncheon payments, membership renewals and the Mercy Retreat.
- Community Service, Clareen Bolton and Bev Johnson - Clareen thanked everyone for their donations to the ‘port pillow’ project and the St. Rose of Lima ‘baby shower’, which received 18 quilts, 12 crocheted blankets, 12 fleece blankets, 16 knitted caps and 17 crocheted caps.
- Retreats/Sewing Room, Nettie Redden (for Pat Barnhill) - There are still two openings for the Mercy Retreat. The in-house retreat on December 7th & 8th is full but Pat Barnhill is taking names for the wait list.
- Window Display, Fran Swart - This month's window will feature Ribbon Embroidery by Ginni Jannicelli.
- Workshops, Carolyn Broback (for Betty Kisbey) - Thanks were given for Betty’s work in providing workshops this past year. The Gift Wrap Workshop on November 19th has one spot open.
- Programs, Cathy Grebe - Cathy Grebe introduced Sandra Bruce, today’s speaker. Sandra’s former career was in illustration and lettering, and she has incorporated these skills into quilting and quilt artistry. She shared her incredible art quilts (and her wonderful sense of humor).
- ‘Show and Tell’ and ‘Giveaways’ ended the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 2:27.
